The Helensburgh and Lomond Artisans Association (HLAA) is a group of artisan crafters based around Helensburgh in the West of Scotland.  The HLAA organises craft fairs for its members and contributes to local charities via the proceeds.

We were approached by the HLAA after our work with another client Cheeky Frog Handmade Cards who are a member of the association.

As is often the case with associations, the HLAA had gone through many incarnations of their site, switching domains and hosting providers as members came and went.  In the process they’d used whatever website builder came with their hosting package and never quite achieved what they were after.

In order to provide them with the stability they needed to grow the association we:

• Guided them through the process of getting their own domain name and hosting and the creation of email addresses.
• Designed and set up their website.
• Created bespoke plugins to assist them showcase their members and upcoming events.
